-you get good knowledge of coffee culture -employee progression -can work well in a good team but can vary
Cons
-management isn't the best -20 minute breaks after an 8hr+ shift should be illegal. Caffe Nero is inhumane for allowing this. We are humans not robots just trying to provide good customer service.
