      Pay, flexibility, access to repair procedures, ease with finding insurance SOPs, good recruiting, clean atmosphere

      Cons

      Difficult to get approval for maintenance in the shop. Poor equipment and doesn’t seem like anyone wants to update or improve racks in the shop.

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
