Poor pay. Expectation to work long hours for no extra pay. Poorly managed by arrogant, micromanaging rude men. Lots of ego. Little or no concern for the real reason the company exists - to provide care. If senior management don't like you (if you don't jump & say yes) you will not have any career opportunities.
