Re-org in 2021 and name change to LumaBridge was much needed. New management cleaned house to get rid of toxic personalities and inexperienced staff. Great work-life balance and support from all levels of management. Dedicated employees who care about the work. COO holds people accountable and does not tolerate poor performance (which is exactly what is needed!). Looks like a lot of disgruntled people posted here but they were likely not a good fit for our culture or just a poor performer. Don't believe the reviews!

Because it is a smaller company, the pay is only so-so, but there are a lot of good perks here. The new CEO does not seem to know about running a company and is more interested in talking about the cello, but the Founder is amazing!

Co-workers who enjoyed discussions on our misery. Felt nice to have a few people who could back up what I thought was just happening to me. That I wasn't going crazy. Benefits were pretty good, and Finance seems to have themselves together.

Like Highschool "Mean Girls" club. Tried to express concerns with upper management but ultimately ignored. Definitely do NOT be honest on the employee survey.
