Cancer Insight interview questions

I was contacted by a third party recruiter who said I had excellent experience and was a perfect fit for the job. They submitted my CV to Lumabridge and I was scheduled for an interview. During the first several minutes it was apparent that Lumabridge had many additional requirements that were not listed in their position description or communicated by recruitment. I was caught off guard by this as they knew my credentials before calling me into the interview. The interview ended early and we agreed that I was not a good fit for the role due to their additional requirements, which again, they knew prior to calling me in for an interview as they had my CV. As the interviewee, this was a confusing experience. This seems like not the best way to recruit roles for your company.
