      The work is varied and interesting and the team is very supportive. There are many opportunities for development and a considerate approach is taken by management.

      Cons

      At times we are under high pressure especially at month end, but there is recognition and a sense of achievement for getting through this.

      Pros

      I have only been with the company for a short time, but I’m really enjoying working at Hoover Candy. From day one everybody made me feel welcome and supported, especially my manager. When I arrived on my first day she had all my log in details and a lap top ready. This may not seem like a lot but in some companies, you can spend your first week trying to get this information. We have baskets of fruit delivered each week and the social committee always have lots of fun things going on. It’s nice to be part of a company where everybody is passionate about the brand and also its staff.
