This company used to be my heaven. We had flexibility, supportive upper management, and a culture that truly valued and respected its employees. It was a place where people felt seen, heard, and appreciated.

Since the leadership change around September, everything shifted. The culture has deteriorated into a toxic environment. There’s little to no respect for employees, people are being let go without explanation, and transparency is nonexistent. There’s constant drama and circulating rumors, which have created an atmosphere of fear and instability. One particular member of upper management, who joined about 6–8 months ago, has significantly contributed to this cultural shift, undoing everything that once made this company a great place to work.
