      Pros

      The new coaching culture lets you really guide your own career giving you a lot of flexibility within the company. Great work hard - play hard culture Surrounded by extremely smart and talented people every day Leadership is very open and easy to talk to!

      Cons

      Definitely some growing pains with the culture while the company grows, but they are still doing a great job at keeping it a great Company
