This is certainly a troubling review to read as it feels very inaccurate to all the incredible work being done by amazing people at CapTech. We hate that your experience has led to this review, but we’d like to offer our view on the points you noted. Our benefits and compensation package has been created to give our people a well-rounded offering, which is why we’ve introduced benefits such as Carrot Fertility, Modern Health, Fringe Benefits, and more. Companies with growth strategies know that early talent programs (interns and college hires) are a must-have in today’s market, but we are not valuing those programs above experienced hires with sought-after tech skill sets. Having both gives us experience at all levels and is a value add for our company. Our sports partnerships align with our branch of sports tech and marketing and are a natural fit for CapTech, not a marketing ploy. Diversity among our senior leaders is important, and we’re excited about how far we’ve come and are excited to continue to grow diverse leaders. We have a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging council here, along with Employee Resource Groups, that are driving true change at all levels of our organization. We encourage an open-door environment and welcome any CapTecher to raise their concerns to senior leaders, HR, etc. For anyone not comfortable going directly to leaders or our HR team, we offer an anonymous resource for assistance in raising concerns. If you’d like to discuss your thoughts further, I’d invite you to speak with me directly so I can learn more about your specific experiences. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director - HR
