Great opportunity to learn and grow. Great way to get exposed to new technologies and expand your skillset. Great learning resources.
Cons
Management could work better in making sure that consultants are put on projects that truly fit them. Management could do well to better analyze each consultant and their right potential instead of just placing them on a project merely to fill a spot. They would also find where each consultant has a strong niche or talent and capitalize on that.
