Pros
Work requires little to no effort, you're only responsible for yourself. You can read or play a game during downtime.
Cons
There are many. Pay is poor, it's difficult to get to the point where you can use your PTO, constantly changing supervisors, high turnover, they will give you attendance points no matter how serious your situation and policy violations for pretty much everything. You are penalized for VR mistakes the system makes or the subjective opinion of your Supervisor. Hard to make and keep friendly coworker relationships due to high turn over and isolation. Products in company store are greatly over-priced and just giving your wages back to the company. Some of the supervisors are seriously unfriendly. You're timed down to the minute for when you're away from your desk, and there are a few minutes that are accrued due to how the system works and they do not provide exceptions for these. These 4 to 7 unavoidable minutes may prevent you from meeting adherence for the month. No matter how close you are to the 96% point, even if it's at 95.98% as I experienced, it's considered a fail.
