Pros
I've been an adjuster with Capstone ISG for 3 years now. Since day 1 I have been supported in growing as an insurance adjuster. Ongoing education is strongly encouraged and supported by management. With growing knowledge of the job and industry as a whole, claim handling becomes much more accessible and rewarding. While the volume of workload varies, this is a variable determined by nature itself and not by the company. High workload times are rewarded by a generous uncapped quarterly bonus structure that makes the extra work worth the effort. This is the first company I have worked for where I believe the whole management team, from my direct supervisor all the way up to the CEO, have a vested interest in helping me achieve my goals and grow within this field. Highly recommend.
Cons
The only cons are those you create for yourself through poor time management. From my experience, even if you make a mistake or fall behind, management is more than willing to help you in any way needed to get back on track and succeed.
