Pros
Capstone ISG has a "mom and pop" feel despite it's large territory coverage. The industry is stable, the company is constantly expanding, and due to this growth is always hiring a variety of positions. Most employees work remotely and are brought on to the team because of who they are, so are trusted to get the job done. If the effort isn't put in, then you'll hear about it, but management is always willing to help those who want to improve. It isn't a typical corporate structure, so the opportunities to advance can be innovative, and every contributor is a major player in the company's success. The sales environment isn't cut-throat. In fact, the focus is more on quality control and nurturing relationships than numbers.
There are a lot of perks: sales team is offered a competitive base salary plus an uncapped bonus structure; health, vision, and dental benefits; 401k; company credit card for travel expenses and client entertainment; time off; and ongoing training.
Cons
There is no perfect job, but Capstone ISG offers a culture that allows one to grow and feel valued.
