None that I can think of

Still a smallish startup where everyone knows each other. Beautiful new office with 360 degree views of the Bay. Executives and management who are not only kind, but actually care about the experiences of their employees. Have never worked for a company where I not only feel valued for what I do, but supported and trusted to do my job without a lot of micromanagement. Working on products that will save thousands of lives makes it easy to be proud to say where I work and what we do.

It’s a small startup, things change quickly and everyone wears a lot hats. We are growing faster than we can hire, so at times feels like there is more work than we can get done, yet we do.
