Work-life balance is excellent at CKE. Working from home our performance expectations have not changed, and they remain very high. It is very likely that we work harder than if still working from the office as we are ever mindful that we must produce and deliver results consistently. I am part of an excellent team with solid contributors Strong inter-departmental collaboration Excellent management team I receive full support from Senior Leadership while given the freedom to develop opportunities for improving efficiencies and reducing costs.

Cons

We have many excellent Account Managers working all across the US and Canada and it would be great to interact with more of them in their home Territory.

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
