Pros
Decent pay with promotion opportunities. Starting vacation, personal, sick, is 19 days a year and 21 when on your 2nd year.
Cons
Promotions seemed like they were giving to the managers favorites. For younger people promotions were harder to get even if you were one of the harder workers. They didn't respect your ability that you would be able to do the job required of you.
