Pros

Big name in the industry that you can add to your resume, but not worth it.

Cons

This organization fosters a toxic work environment, particularly for employees from DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) backgrounds. Management is consistently unsupportive, and there is a clear pattern of mistreatment and marginalization. The structure is disorganized, and new employees are routinely burdened with responsibilities far beyond their roles, with no formal training or guidance provided—you're essentially left to figure everything out on your own. Despite what may be promised during the hiring process, there is no real opportunity for growth or advancement. If you advocate for yourself or challenge unfair practices, you may find yourself subjected to a slow, calculated push out of the company—a form of constructive dismissal. Proceed with extreme caution.

Pros

Hey it's a job. So it can stop you from being homeless

Cons

My experience here was very negative. I was assigned to pass orders all night with far too few people to handle the workload. The totes were extremely heavy, and after hours of nonstop lifting my shoulders were hurting and even started clicking. It felt unsafe and unsustainable. Another thing I noticed was that no women were ever assigned to this position. Based on how physically demanding and understaffed it was, I can understand why—anyone would probably quit if they were put in this role under these conditions. Overall, the job felt physically damaging and poorly managed. I cannot recommend working here.

Pros

Interesting work: nobody hears this job title without a little curiosity Independent: once you're trained you're mostly given tasks and allowed to work whatever way best suits your needs Unique: you won't find another job that does exactly this in the area Benefits: pretty standard, but kick in on day 1 Growing field: by all appearances, this is a growing field in pharmacy, so job stability isn't an issue Management: Leadership at this location strives to make this a good place to work

Cons

The hours: most technicians will work from 2:30-10 AM. The pay: rate is decent, a little less than hospital rates, a little more than retail, but in general you will be capped at 35 hours a week. Independence: while there is a lot to say about the benefits of working on your tasks alone, there is also little in the way of any real supervision. This means that all interpersonal issues devolve into a one employee's word against another, leaving management reluctant to act. Management: Leadership at this location does its best to make this a good environment to work, but they do it at the expense of holding employees accountable.
