The CareCentrix culture is one in which ideas can be shared and questions asked in a safe, non-threatening environment. The Mission, Vision and Values are lived and supported from the top down. Departmental and company-wide team building activities are supported and team members are encouraged to participate. Compared to other organizations, the benefits are great with medical coverage, FSA/HSA, 401k with company matching and lucrative PTO available the first year. Salaries are also very competitive. There are many opportunities to grow professionally within the organization. My immediate supervisor is wonderful to work with and is always available to discuss concerns and provider direction and guidance.
