Please discuss with your Performance Success Coach or another member of our referral services management team any concerns or struggles you’re having as a Family Advisor, to ensure you’re getting the support you need to both optimize your experience at Caring and help us deliver excellence in our social mission. It also sounds like there may be a misunderstanding of Caring’s time-off policies, so be sure to discuss the Employee Handbook and Call Center Attendance policies with your manager or HR too (those policies are not constantly changing, and describe what to do if you cannot work due to hospitalization or need to take time off to care for immediate family members).
