I have absolutely nothing good to say except for the fact that it paid my bills

They controlled every aspect of your time, if you take too many toilet breaks you get written up, if you’re a minute late off lunch you get in trouble, if you have a high hold time on the phones they count that too... It’s honestly like a complete dystopia, I wouldn’t recommend working here, at least not in the contact centre, if you have any consideration for your health and happiness. I had to leave after a few months, I suspect they have a high turnaround, certainly I saw a lot of people leave, and a lot of new hires while I was there.
