      Amazing people you get to work with every day. So smart, fun and full of creative ideas! The company's vision is incredible, and work is so meaningful: you are literally influencing success of other companies by providing them a platform to execute their strategies.

      Cons

      Typical pains of a super fast growing company, but the pros definitely overwrite the cons. Join if you have the chance!

      Pros

      2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

      Cons

      As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.
