Pros
the pros would be that you got to learn how to make different foods and get meet and talk to people.
Cons
the cons would communtication... you look at your schedule and then u look at it again.. it would be different. if you didn't do a the prep work for the next shift. they would be mad and they would not do any prep work for the next shift.... It was like a big hate triangle
