Management will hound you about sticking to a process that is either unclear or doesn't exist.
Prepare to be completely inundated by emails, Slack messages, etc. and have all of it be "high priority". You will have no time to do everything in a reasonable work week and you won't get paid enough to work on the weekends.
If you joined more than a year ago, your role is probably spastic and poorly thought out. Responsibilities will be completely random. Learn how to say 'no' if you can. Some roles have more "saying 'no' privileges" than others, so good luck.
Large egos everywhere.
If you don't work in a role that directly impacts sales there are no measurements or KPIs that can point to your success in your role - its all subjective.
Get chummy with leadership or forget about going anywhere in this company. I've seen people get promotions without any improvements in performance to their business unit (I've even seen people get promoted while their business unit is down). If you're even slightly introverted, this is not the company for you.
