      mostly wonderful coworkers, a sense of togetherness, lots of perks, fair pay

      Cons

      startup cult mentality, many folks overworked, plagued by spending too much money early on and firing people to save money

      The WTC office is nice

      Cons

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
