      Smart and cool company that has a truly great product

      Cons

      Extensive growth is great for Casper, but outside of upper management the team is not compensated enough with very little room for growth and perks. They like to hire part time and pay low.

      The WTC office is nice

      Cons

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
