* Turnover was and I'm sure still is high. In just 3 months 5 months 15 people in the project management department alone left.
* The workload is too much for one person to bare. I saw some new Project Coordinators getting a client and they weren't even finished training. One of the PC's under me had about 8 clients before she left.
* Managers of Project Manager are terrible and 2/5 of them are new themselves and don't manage or help their team, they just simply micromanage.
* As far as PC's( oh yeah your job title may be Project Coordinator, but you will have your own clients and do PM work just w/o the pay) unless you are paired with a good PM who is willing to train you and show you the ropes you will struggle. They don't train anyone coming in it's a sink or swim environment.
* Only take this job if you absolutely have no other choice and you want the experience.
