      An incredible manager/leader and team.

      Cons

      Constant unnecessary changes. Lack of communication from Senior Management. Disrespectful and unprofessional senior team. HR do not act on employee concerns. My team were incredible but the wider fundraising team and charity, as a whole, is in a bit of a mess, haemorrhaging employees and volunteers because of how poorly people are treated.

      Beautiful cats who will melt your heart!!! Just amazing to be with these wonderful animals. Felt so honoured to take care of them

      Small work force. Very toxic work place the last few years. I suffered bullying and harassment and broke my heart to resign.
