Pros
Overall, there are some fantastic people working there who know there is a bigger picture; we either all succeed as a TEAM or we all fail as a TEAM. The vacation time given is pretty good too, it comes out to be the equivalent of about 4 weeks. Not to mention what Cellectis is working towards is something anyone can wake up everyday and be proud to be a part of.
Cons
Vacation time is great but, only if you get to use it. Most are doing the work load of what should be done by multiple people. The turn over rate especially in the upper management became pretty high, even the entire HR department for the site had resigned and for months they had others doing the job they were hired to do as well as some HR responsibilities.
