Great place to work, friendly environment very professional environment, we achieved a lot during my years at Celprogen, Very fast paced scientific work load not everyone can fit in this environment, but every employee is given numerous chances to improve with clear protocols and training.

Each employee is given numerous opportunities to preform their tasks, by reading and following procedures, i have seen those that fail in this process are the one who try short cuts.

The boss is an absolute joke. He micro manages, bullies the employees, tries to pit employees against each other. All around the most unprofessional person I've had to be subordinate to.
