      -Stepping stone for recent graduates

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -Inappropriate behavior from the CEO(mood swings, foul language towards employees, inappropriate jokes) -Tampering with pay -lack of safety for employees -No hierarchy, just a dictatorship

      Pros

      It may be ok for people who wants to get experience in Cell culture.

      Cons

      Agree with the previous reviewers. The CEO/Boss has three different personalities. He is mean and doesn't treat his people right.

      Pros

      No lie, there are no pro's when it comes to working for Celprogen.

      Cons

      The CEO/boss/manager is a micromanaging tyrant with mood swings. He claims to have his Ph.D when he really doesn't (hence he doesn't know what he's talking about half the time), micromanages all of his new employees, finds every little excuse to withhold pay from you, lies to his clients about exactly what goes in his products, offered me only 3 sick days a year WHICH I COULDN'T EVEN USE (I called in sick to which he said no and that I have to come in... wtf?), refused to properly train his employees, refused to give me new tasks and responsibilities when I requested... and the list goes ON AND ON.
