Pros

Ummmm... I might need to get back to you on this one. Maybe... No still have no idea, just trying to fill up the 20 word minimum.

Cons

It takes forever for anything to get done. They identify a way to save money - 6 months later the change still hasn't happened. No one listens to what front line staff have to say, front line staff don't have time to give feedback anyway. There are not enough staff serving customers but about 10 managers for every person being managed.

Pros

Good team culture Work-life balance, especially if employed on an IIE basis Making a genuine difference to people's lives

Cons

Poor management, micromanaging, and often trying to reinvent the wheel and disrupt operations to further their own career Poor respect of personal boundaries, don't take a "mental health" day or you'll never hear the end of it Often felt like they genuinely didn't want people to be happy in the business, splitting up high-performing, well-gelling teams just because. System always down and clunky Toxic KPIs, encouragement to be efficient and cold rather than empathetic

Pros

Flexible work arrangements, job security

Cons

Terrible management, nepotism, staff treated like poorly, leave is hard to get leave approved, the micromanagement of staff is the worst I have encountered.. everything is KPI and stats driven and there is no consideration for more complex cases meaning that if you take too long working with a client, you have to explain to management why your stats are low that day.
