      Service users make the job, they become the best part of being a carer and you grow a bond with them

      Cons

      Managers show little compassion to workers, Constant shift changes without any notice, Staff are always burnt out, Feeling invaluable in your workplace

      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
