      The job in itself is very easy. Anyone can do it. My supervisor is very kind and people are generally very friendly.

      Cons

      The only con about this job is the high volume of calls. You will be averaging 150 calls a day. 200 some days.

      Set your own schedule, very flexible, get paid on time every time, able to log in any time 24/7, very simple hiring process.

      Cons

      Minimum to non communication with management.

      Work from home, flexibility, choose your own hours to work

      Cons

      Pay is low for rare languages, considering that you get almost no calls for them. Not worth it if you are trying to make consistent income, but ok as part time/temp job
