Pros
Great culture - small, privately-owned company. There is a lot of flexibility and good work-life balance. If you fit in with the culture, self-motivating and willing to learn/grow/adapt, you'll do well. There's a social event once a month and socializing is encouraged. Internal promotion and movement is encouraged if the right fit is available.
Cons
In general, advancement at small companies can be difficult. Org changes foster disruption, but also allows for a broader view and business knowledge. Like all companies, frustration can arise when things/people go against the grain and leads to operational inefficiencies. Not a great fit for someone who needs a lot of structure and is not self-motivated.
