Where do I begin ? From seeing hardworking Batista’s overworked, to them not being paid accordingly because of constant outages to lack of promotion, this company lies to your face, yes executives lie and don’t bother giving realistic expectations, they never have an answer to anything and their expectations are unrealistic. No manager has stood around longer than 5 months and that’s simply due to the inconsiderate CEO and investors trying to save money. They want you to slave and bleed matcha but don’t want to provide proper resources . They poach you from other companies and make you believe you’re doing great mean while suddenly company numbers aren’t doing great.
