      Pros

      Lots of lovely people, days goes quickly, promote from within

      Cons

      Poorly run organisation, only care about profits, do not treat staff well which leads to high staff turnover, lots of customer complaints which management never want to deal with. Very awkward for lower level members of staff.

      Outdated Felt like a conveyor belt when booking in treatments No care goes into the treatments Rushed atmosphere, not relaxing
