I've worked at Channel Fusion for just over a year, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is positive, caring, and we're given opportunities to be ourselves. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. My manager wants to help our team dominate the digital marketing world while learning and growing along the way. Since we've had to work at home due to COVID-19, there have been consistent all-hands team meetings and there's always an option to leave feedback or comments and the CEO answers them on the spot. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something to our clients. I'm given the flexibility to do my job without being micromanaged and know I can count on my teammates to help me out in a jam. In terms of benefits, we have ample PTO, and we are encouraged to take it. 401K match. Great healthcare plan. I haven't been in the office to work yet, but know they have regular happy hours, workout equipment, and spaces where teams can collaborate or just hang out.

Cons

Salary is under Iowa average, however, company-wide bonuses help offset the lower salary.
