Pros

Flexible hours and nice co workers

Cons

The need to compete and work in a high anxiety environment all the time. The training was nice but you will soon find that nothing applies on the floor when doing your work. It’s all about the numbers and recruiting students that are lost and need something to do. They target students that are looking for jobs and have been rejected. They are targeting those who have no idea and minimal options. Not to guide them but to swindle them. The process is to make it error proof so the student has no idea what they are getting into. By the end of the “inquiry call” the student will have signed a contract to “further their education” aka make less then we do with taking out a loan worth thousands. It doesn’t add up.

Charter College Response

Thank you for your review and recognizing our flexible hours and our great employees. We know it's our employees that help our students be successful in school, graduate and help find them jobs. We appreciate all they do. We know the jobs we do take time and commitment along with the stay power to focus on the end goal of graduating and placing students. It is a hard job whether it is financial aid, instruction, or admissions. When a prospective student responds to one of our ads to go to school they can easily decide they can't achieve this goal, but we have a system that will help them be successful and or employees know they can help them. We thank you for your time with us. Posted on behalf of Josh Swayne, President and CEO.
