Another tough position being a Student Academic Advisor and yet very rewarding to see your efforts enhance and change lives!! Truly appreciate your focus on our students and your acknowledgement about your great team members. Both of these help us overcome days that might want to forget. We push through and keep engaging, focusing on the bigger picture. I am sorry to hear that management is terrible and you feel micromanaged. Our hope is that you can talk to your manager about what things you are experiencing in order to make the management process better, but we know this is a tough thing to do.
