Fraud - Very Difficult Department - Fraud Specialist Chase Employee Review

Micro-managed, depending on your lead it will be great or awful. Not very honest in hiring people, the metrics are ridiculous and hard to achieve. Score card is ridiculous, but most people quit and won't last the year in this department.
