Great pay, a lot of oppertunity for advancement and bonuses, great work enviornment, this ia a safe company and a necessary company that is unlikely to ever file for bankrupcy
Cons
Benefits arent good, starting from the top the managers are forced to always try and do more with less which forces them to push regular employees to do more
