Job opportunity, opportunities for promotion and advancement, stable company, benefits and some paid time off, thorough training programs and willingness to train, management willing to work with employees for scheduling and other issues
Cons
Payroll and incentive programs do not consistently deliver as expected (loopholes), the priority of the teller job is primarily sales oriented, micro-managing the trickle down of criticism felt from top to bottom, more of a retail job (commission, sales, "making your numbers") than a financial job
