Pros
I enjoyed my coworkers and the consistent shifts. Vacations scheduled in advance. Checklists and consistency are great for those who are very organized.
Cons
I didn’t enjoy the sales aspect personally because it’s not my strongest area. Staffing was low so getting off the teller line to complete expected tasks was challenging.
