Pros

Working part time and going to school, Chase still offers benefits and tuition reimbursement. As a lowly peon, we don't get too much say in our preferences, so it really depends on the locality and the people working at the specific branch you apply at. I got lucky and it was a good experience for me.

Cons

I'm not chauvinistic, but I was the only guy working in an estrogen filled environment, and so I had to always walk a fine line of neutrality! But it was my first job working for a company other than local mom/pop type environment, and a good experience at the least.

Pros

Inclusive work environment with excellent benefits, even as a part time employee.

Cons

Your are sometimes required to complete the very same task as other co-workers, but do not receive any commission pay that the other person in another role does receive.
