I worked with a great group of people (I know many other branches had employees who hated each other) very good pay when you do well with sales
Cons
Major pressure to perform well and sell investments dealing with a lot of customer maintenance bs that takes hours but makes you no money. Unreasonable expectations (making 25 sales calls a day while taking customers and dealing with other aspects of your job)
