Pros
Small town feel. Family oriented. A lot of training opportunities, in house and through GPSTC. Huge path for quick promotions here. Newer department with a ton of opportunities and growth. Fast paced.
Cons
Too lax with i.t. assistance or other computer issues. Not knowing who an administrator is for the various computer programs or portals. Just get lucky and call around. Simple fix. County relies a lot on email traffic and not accessible by telephone calls. When you do "call" most times its a voicemail. My limited experiences.
