By far the most unprogressive employer I’ve ever had. It’s sad to watch the mental health of the employees deteriorate whilst working here and to see the senior leadership team only look after themselves and not the entirety of their team. There is a stark absence of diversity across the team, whether deliberate or not, is quite simply appalling for a workplace in 2026. What this place is in desperate need of is a change of leadership, and therefore, a dramatic change in the culture.
