Pros
- The people that work here are some of the best I've met in my professional career. - The culture is incredible. - The management is excellent, and I believe they have the best intentions for the company, the employees, and for the community. They went out of their way help me in my hiring process, and you don't see this happening in many companies. - There are a lot of opportunities for growth since the company is doing extremely well.
Cons
Just like any other rapidly growing business, it's work/life balance, but if you enjoy what you are doing, it doesn't feel like work.
