Moving to Burlington allows us to reduce our physical footprint and provide our in-office teams with open meeting spaces and state-of-the-art collaboration software, making global teamwork easier and more enjoyable.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Cons

As the company has offices around the world, it is hard too coordinate meeting times, which are comfortable for everyone. Oftentimes I'll need to stay late to attend these meetings, which is not

    Interview

Long and chaotic. They will have random people with no business experience sit in the interview and judge you. Super weird. Several rounds of interview I was surprised to receive a canned email saying they were no longer considering me for the role. It was impersonal and really tainted my overall experience. Recruiter ghosted me until I reached out. Based on the company reviews, I probably dodged a bullet.
