Pros
Smart, talented, motivated people who have survived so much change and disruption since the spinoff from DuPont. Employees and middle management are usually respectful and friendly. More work at home flexibility than many companies at this point.
Cons
Management is the biggest downside. Used to be run by an incredibly inspiring group of people who cared and truly tried to make it a great place to work. All those people left or were pushed out - now left with a group of executives where the decent ones have no voice or power and the terrible ones hold power. Huge attrition and quiet layoffs leave people completely overwhelmed with work and little communication about who is still around. In a downward spiral because management choices about laying off competent strong employees are driving others to search for other employment. Only those who keep quiet about problems are valued and promoted. Communication is challenging, things are kept quiet and people do not feel valued. Corporate problems from earlier in the year have not been solved with the change in leadership. Company makes PFAS.
